BCA SCHOOL DOCUMENTS

Now accepting Renewal Students and New Students Enrollment for the 2025-2026 School Year.
The following items are required prior to or no later than 10 days after students first day of attendance!!!!
1.  Certificate of Immunization  (or exemption document)
2.  Copy of Birth Certificate
3.  School Entry Health Examination
